Chamber BBQ picnic moves to the beach Wednesday - not too late to participate

They've reserved the Upper Shelter, which is on your right soon after you enter.
It is handicap accessible, and of course it has panoramic views of Puget Sound.
And this year salmon is an option on the menu.

Since those buildings were finally demolished, the site, along the interurban trail, revealed itself as a perfect park centered in that business district. If only the city could acquire the property and make it a beautiful place. Another high rise will only further chop up the area and be a huge and un-welcoming visual and physical barrier to Aurora Square.
