Forecast: Tuesday - Sunday we will have very much the same weather every day. Morning low clouds burning off to sunny skies in the afternoon. Highs will range between the mid-70's and low 80's, lows will dip into the mid 50's. Very normal summer like weather for this area. Currently there is no sight of rain in the long term, however there might be a morning drizzle here or there depending on how thick the marine layer of air gets some mornings.

Lightning: Last week Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning we had some scattered thunderstorms move through the region. We had one nice lightning strike and resulting thunderclap very near the area Aurora AVE N between N 185th and N175th around 11pm Tuesday night that caused a power outage in the area. We also had a band of thunderstorms move through between 2-3am Wednesday morning producing enough precipitation to tip the rain gauge at 0.04 inches.

Power outages in Shoreline as of 7:30am Wednesday morning
according to Seattle City Light.
