Friday, April 5, 2013

You are invited to participate in...
The Ridgecrest Neighborhood Association's

14th Annual Garden Meeting, Plant Exchange
and Gardening Information Fair

Tuesday, May 14, 2013, 6 – 9pm

Bethel Lutheran Church, Basement,
17418 8th Ave NE, Shoreline 98155

Your gardening based business is invited to do a table display at our Garden Program. There will be participation from a variety of gardening based groups, organizations and businesses that have information that would benefit local gardeners and backyard plant and wildlife enthusiasts.

Volunteers will be available to help with set up and take down. Participants will be provided with a table and chairs, as well as coffee, cookies and bottled water. You will need to provide at least one person to staff your table, along with supplying materials and/or information you would like to share with the public. This is an excellent opportunity for you to get the word out about your group and your special area of expertise. We anticipate 50 + people to attend. And yes, you can have items for sale. Also, you are welcome to bring plants to trade or give away. We request that displays remain set up all evening, allowing late comers to visit with you following the keynote presentations.

Format for the evening:
5:45 pm             Set up table displays (please be ready to great the public no latter than 6pm)
6:00 - 7:00 pm   Plant Exchange, Native Plant Sale and Table Displays
