Can you build a good paper plane???
Can you fly it to a spot???
If so, we have a contest for you!!!

Come to the Shoreline Community College Basketball Games on Wednesday night, February 1, and try your luck at landing a paper plane in a basket in the middle of the court from outside of the court’s boundary lines for a chance at being pulled from a drawing at the end of the basketball season.

Sponsored by the NWAACC and Alaskan Airlines, you will have a chance to win two free airline tickets from Alaskan Airlines at the end of the season. You can qualify by landing your paper plane in a basket in the middle of the court and being placed in a drawing at the NWAACC offices in Vancouver, WA.

SCC will play Skagit Valley College on Wednesday night in the SCC Gym, the women’s team plays at 5:30 PM and the men’s teams play at 7:30 PM. At half-time of both games, the contest will run, so you have two chances to win. The contest will be repeated on Saturday afternoon, February 11th when SCC will take on Whatcom Community College at 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Planes must be made at the SCC game and SCC Athletics will supply the “Official” paper for the planes.
