On May 24, the Shoreline City Council proclaimed the week of May 31 – June 4 Armed Forces Appreciation Week. The Council urges Shoreline citizens to recognize the important sacrifices the men and women of the United States military and their families have made to our City and nation.

As a reminder, Shoreline City Hall, the Shoreline Pool, the Spartan Recreation Center and the Richmond Highlands Recreation Center will all be CLOSED Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day. There also will be no City Council meeting on Monday, May 31 due to it being the 5th Monday of the month.

* Approved amending the Comprehensive Plan to include the SE Neighborhoods Subarea Plan
* Adopted the 2010 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Docket as part of Planning Commissions 2010 work program
